The TUGS 1990 Annual was released by Grandreams Ltd. This issue is considerably harder to find than the 1989 Annual. It features a range of activities and stories.

- The majority of photos in the book are hand-drawn, and there are only three photos containing live-action photos, those being the back cover and two group portraits of the Star Fleet and the Z-Stacks.
- The illustrations in the book were done by County Studios, who also did the 1989 Annual and the Buzz Books.
