Ballantine's is a waterworks facility located in Bigg City Port.

Bio[]

This is where Ten Cents and Sunshine first meet, as well as where Grampus encounters Sea Rogue. It is also where Sunshine tells Ten Cents he was the one who was causing Boomer to be jinxed. It's located beside Lucky's Yard.

This facility was originally called Clearwater Docks, named after the company that produced TUGS.
The tower that climbs on the large factory-esqe building, the tower that had a water tank on top, some tanks and tubes and a lower detailed factory were reused in Thomas & Friends.
