Mittsville is a town located Up River.
Bio[]
Further up river from Mittsville is the logging camp. In between there and Mittsville is the area in which Big Mac, O.J., Top Hat, Sunshine, Zug, and Billy Shoepack were trapped due to a tramp steamer blocking the river.
Billy Shoepack and Little Ditcher both tend to work here.

- It is likely that Mittsville is named after David Mitton, hence "Mitt."
- After TUGS' production ended, the white tank and some gears were reused in the Thomas & Friends television series as set dressing.
