Hideyuki Umezu (梅津 秀行, 24th July 1955 - 17th May 2024) was a Japanese actor who had voiced several characters for the Japanese dub of TUGS.
He also voiced Skarloey in TUGS' sister series, Thomas & Friends (in the Japanese dub).
He passed away on 17th May 2024 due to interstitial pneumonia.
