Jimbo was a planned character for TUGS depicted as an old steam paddle tug.

He was never materialized for the series, but by the look on his face, it can be assumed that he was meant to be a sad or tired character most of the time.

- The paddle steamer tug concept was eventually used for O.J.
- He can be seen flying American flags on both ends.
- Despite Jimbo being a paddle tug, he appears a lot more like 1860s' excursion steamers.
