The Naval Yard is a small dock where Bluenose sometimes moors.
Bio[]
In Regatta, Ten Cents and Big Mac are moored here when Bluenose shows up. He tells the two that the Navy will be blowing up Grampus that afternoon.
There's also a railway line that runs by. It's located between the Star Fleet's dock and the Old Docks. It can be seen in the background of multiple episodes.
