"Oh no, Big Mickey's dock is going up!"

The Oil Yard was a dock area where oil and munitions were kept. Big Mickey worked here on occasion. The yard had the contracts to load munitions for the Navy and to fill the Star Tug fuel barge. Bluenose caused a series of explosions around the Oil Yard which also caused the deaths of Kraka-Toa and Big Mickey (VHS version only). Afterwards, the Oil Yard was left in ruins and was shut down.

Bio[]

In Munitions, Hercules is towing Kraka-Toa when Bluenose appears. He demands Hercules stay where he is until he is told to go but Hercules refuses to listen and leaves to do his other duties. That night, Big Mickey is loading the last of the munitions from Zorran's barge. Bluenose strides up and starts barking orders at the Z-Stacks, O.J. and Big Mickey. Bluenose forces his way through and bumps the barge hard causing crates to go alight. The other tugs quickly back off from the growing flames just as Bluenose's engine breaks down. Ten Cents bravely tugs him out of the way while the flames are continuously rising and getting bigger leading to Big Mickey's dock catching fire. O,J. warns the others to stay clear as the mighty crane falls into the water. The tugs then notice Puffa and start warning him to get away from the approaching flames. He does so, just in time, but flames suddenly arose towards Ten Cents' oil barge. Fire Chief and Sunshine eventually arrive, with Warrior following, and quickly start doing their best to douse the fire. Ten Cents realizes the oil barge he brought will soon go up, resulting in an even worse situation so he swiftly starts to push it out to sea, despite the others' reluctance. With one final blast, Kraka-Toa finally keels over with blown decks and all. Due to everyone's efforts, the fire was finally put out.

Trivia[]

The set appears to be a heavily modified version of the Ballantine's set.
It is referred to as the Naval Yard at the beginning of the Salty's Lighthouse TUGS segment "Bluenose Buds In".
