Dock Liners[]
One of the ocean liners has four funnels and is painted in the Cunard red and black livery, another one is painted in the White Star light orange and black livery. There is also another ocean liner, which has two funnels. These ocean liners are often seen in shots looking out from the the Star Dock. The only liner model built was used for The Duchess, Princess Alice and S.S. Vienna. This ship also appears in the opening sequence.

- These were all one wooden cutout, rather than an actual model. The front of these liners are also never seen due to not being a complete cutout.

Angry Liner[]
In the Angry Liner's only appearance, O.J.'s engine dies while he's crossing his path. Ten Cents pushes O.J. out of the way, but the liner makes a hole in his barge. The liner continues his way to the open sea while Ten Cents is dragged underwater.
He is the only character other than Ten Cents to have a sentient hooter.
Livery[]
The ocean liner's livery consists of a black hull, a white superstructure, and two black and red smokestacks. His cabin is painted in a light brown.

Trivia[]
- The Angry Liner's role is similar to the Fultan Ferry in Quarantine. However, while O.J. inadvertently caused the ferry to sink, the Angry Liner almost caused Ten Cents to sink.
- The Angry Liner is one of the very few ocean liners with a face.
- The Angry Liner is based on St. Patrick, an Irish Liner. The Angry Liner's image on the book cover was traced from a GWR poster of said ship.
