The TUGS Port Set, known simply as Port Set, is a piece of merchandise that was only released in Japan. It features miniature, minimal detailed versions of both fleets from the series as well as Lillie, Grampus and a buoy.

- None of the models are painted.
- Within the inside of the carrying-case, Captain Star and Zero's megaphones are not painted.
- To make a tug tow a barge, you must put them in a special barge that has a triangular shaped front.
- You have to put the faces on the tugs yourself.
- The release of this set marks the only complete release of all members of both fleets, as well as Lillie, in toy form.
