Several road vehicles have been seen around Bigg City Port.
Cars[]
There are many vintage cars seen around the harbors. In the regatta parade, two of these cars were featured on top of barges. There are also two black cars, which were seen at the munitions factory. One of them is a 1934 Ford.
In the episode Regatta, a broken blue car was seen at the garbage dump in the piles of garbage. It was later featured on Lord Stinker for the regatta.

- It is anachronistic for a 1934 Ford to be used and seen, as TUGS is set in the 1920s, not the mid-1930s. This case is similar to Little Owl as his basis was not in use until the 1930's.
- Some of the cars were sourced from Matchbox, Revell and Pyro.

Lorries[]
Many lorries/trucks have also been seen around the harbors. They deliver cargo from tramp steamers, ferries and ocean liners to other cities and towns. The lorries also come in different types; some are flatbeds while others are pickups or tankers.
Trivia[]
- In the episodes Pirate, Munitions and Regatta, a lorry had the word "STAR" printed on its sides, a possible link to the Star Fleet. This was apparently deliberately done by David Mitton to subtly show in universe that Captain Star had earned more money as a result of gaining the Duchess contract, replacing an old wooden black truck with plank flatbed as seen at the Star Dock in Sunshine and Jinxed.
- A pickup truck was used on the Thomas & Friends television series after TUGS' production ended. The pickup truck made its only appearance in the third series episode, Toby's Tightrope.
- Some of the lorries were sourced from Matchbox and Revell. One of the lorries was made from Revell Highway Pioneers Cadillac Limousines converted into lorries.

Bulldozers[]
Bulldozers are seen around the harbors. A red and grey bulldozer was seen at the Big Boulder Rock Company and The Coal Yard.
A scrapped bulldozer was seen at the Municipal Garbage Corporation in the episode Bigg Freeze.

- The bulldozer was used on the Thomas & Friends television series after TUGS' production ended. It appeared between the third series and the fifth series.
